Device File needed

on Start up message appears
“Can not find a divice file that mey be needed to tun Windows or Windows application”
MSmouse.vxd
you can press enter and bypass this message
windows 95 OS. The mouse seems to work okay, no application seems effected.
There is a line in the System.ini file which refrences this file should it be refrenced some where else?
