DEVLDR Error on Shutdown/Logoff in W2K

I have 18 Micron ClientPro’s that exhibit a hang up and and Error (DEVLDR – END Now/Cancel). They all have SoundBlaster Pro cards in them. I checked out solutions on the Internet concerning this problem, however their solution (removing DEVLDR32.exe) leaves my RealPlayer/RealJukeBox inoperable. Is there a better solution to this problem?
