Dial-up adapter

How do I reinstall the network dial-up adapter I removed from the network properties of my pc?Iam using a winMe operating system and a HSP56 MICROMODEM.Since I remove it I could’nt connect to my ISP.I ALWAYS GET AN ERROR TELLING ME TO REPLACE THE NETWORK ADAPTER.I tried doing that from the control panel but it did’nt work out.I need your help pls.
