Dialup Adapter>TCP/IP binding

Just got a new Dell 933, with WinME for home. I can not get the Dialup to bind to TCP/IP in order to add Gateway numbers to dial into my NT server at work. When I add a second TCP/IP and go to porperties I get the 7 tabs to add the Gateway numbers. When I reboot the PC and go back to Network it blows out the second TCP/IP that I added and only the one TCP/IP is there with 3 tabs and no place to add the Gateway?

Any ideas out there?
