Diary mgnt on a peer-to-peer network

I have four PC’a on a peer-to-peer network using Ethernet and no server. We have Outlook and would like to manage appointments per user on a day to day basis to be accessed on all machines. Where do I start? I have tried sharing the *.pst files and *.pbx files, no luck? Please help.
