Digital Photography

Can someone help a ‘computer idiot’ please?
Have just purchased a Kyocera digital camera, which I hope to master shortly. (Main trouble is lightness & ‘smallness’) When mastered, how do I download? I have Ulead Photo Express 2.0SE and Adobe Photoshop 5.0 installed. Reply please as you would to a five year old ‘retard’
