Disappearance of dll files for CD-RW Dri

I have a Dell Workstation utilizing Win NT 4.0 latest release. I had a power cutoff in the home and when I recovered I noticed that the CD-ROM Writer started issuing messages as errors. In my investagation I was missing or dll files became unexecutable.

I have reloaded NT, and the CD-RW unit and again after rebooting the unit issued same erros as well as the OS. Anyone run into this, if so any resolution?
