Dr. Watson error on mnsvc.exe

I have several systems here that are running NT 4.0 sp 6. Dr. Watson intermittantly pops up with an error on the file mnsvc.exe. When I double click on the file, the hour glass spins for a second and then nothing happens. The drwatson.log file shows that file listed in the task list and it only started showing up on April 1st. The pc continues to work just fine except for that annoying error. I did a search on Microsoft’s tech page and on the internet with no hits. Can anyone help me?
