Drivers for Windows CE

I have a handhel HP 820e (Jornada) in which I wish install a PCMCA card with modem and LAN
(3Com Megahertz- Model 3CCFEM556 B), but I haven’t the drivers for Windows CE, but only for Win 95/98/NT. Is there a possibility to “convert” this drivers tobe used ifor the handheld?
As you can imagine, I have just made the same question to HP and 3Com without an answer.
