Dual boot

My pc is using dual boot, windows 98 and Redhat 6.2.Everything is working fine till I decided to upgrade my windows 98 to win98 second edition.After that Lilo do not appear at start up and I can’t boot to linux anymore.Any suggestions?Thanks..
