Dual-Booting 98 & Win2K Pro

I have win 98 on my C:, and Win2K Pro on my D:. Prob: My D: can see my C:-I can import and export to & from, but my C: cannot see my D:-My D: is formatted Fat32-so that is not the problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
