dual operating system

a machine with one hard drive, got winME on C:\ and Win200 on D:\, both are FAT32.
I have deleted all the file from D: and reformat the D:, but restart the machine, still asked me to choose the OS.
now D drive got no data, and how to restart the machine without the asking me to choose WinMe/Win2000?
