dual processor problem

I need help! My Asus C.P6ND dual processor board have a problem with the CPU1 power supply but my CPU0 is working properly, is there a way I can bypass the CPU1 so that my PC will boot. A 1 long and 3 short beeps was the error indicated by the ASUS P6SUPS mother board using AWARD bios.
