dvd player

I have a DVD PLAYER with a POWERDVD disk to down load but was not send with the key code is there anyway.I can get to work with out the key code the is CYBERLINK CD I have try to get some help from them but no ansence as yet. I have Email them Fourtime please help cjweys54@home.com thank you
