DVD Player not working

When i click on DVD player in the program files the program shows that “loading screen” for less than a second then nothing happens….I have tried downloading drivers, re-installing cinemaster, and also have removed PCFriendly DVD…(known conflicts with PC-Friendly and Cinemaster)
Please help me get my dvd working properly.
I am also unable to contact my technical number from the Vender – Cybermax- so they aren’t helping me.
