e-learning: pros and cons

I’m writing an article for TechRepublic on a CIO’s point of view of the value of e-learning for his/her organization. I’d like to talk with CIOs who can discuss why they feel it’s a successful training format for IT professionals and CIOs who feel that e-learning has significant drawbacks compared to conventional classroom trainig programs.
