embedded header

I have noticed that some articles I have downloaded from you have the TechRepublic banner embedded. It is sut up such that even when viewing through Headers & Footers (MS Word) it is not possible to modify
this.

I would like to do the same thing for some of my technical articles when I send them out – how is this accomplished?
