Envelopes will not feed continuously

How do I configure software (MS Office Professional 2000) NT, to print envelopes continuously from the HP LaserJet 4 Printer’s Upper Tray (also known as MP Tray)? I have tried every FAQ from HP and the manual.
Could it have something to do with MS Office 2000 (NT) which was recently installed? Latest print driver was installed also.
