Epson Color Stylus 600 and Windows 2000

I have an older printer, an Epson Color Stylus 600, which works fabulously when printing from my Win ME partition. However, when I boot to the Win 2K side, I am still able to print, having downloaded the driver from Epson, but I can’t use the Epsonsoftware. This is a problem because I can’t dictate using “Print Manager” to handle the print jobs. When I print graphics, the printer can’t handle it and chops the photos in half or worse. I don’t want to have to buy a new printer to use with Win 2K, but I may have to. Any ideas? Thx.
