We have been experiencing an increase in mouse problems in our Compaq Armada M700 & Evo N600 & N400 laptops. The mouse behaves erratically and highlights icons, files and sometimes deletes all these. This happens to Windows NT and 2000 Pro systems. All have Novell NWClient 4.8 with SP4, NT 4 with SP6 and Win2k with SP 2. All systems have NAV-Enterprise installed. We have reinstalled the mouse & docking station drivers, all recommended softpacks from Compaq and flashed the BIOS to the latest update. We have replaced the motherboard and keyboard too. We have an open case with Compaq but no resolution to date. Nothing has fixed the problem and it has been very frustrating to our end-users and most especially to us who need to support them. I appreciate all the help and suggestions!!
