Error message opening Word and Excel

Wen I open Word (Office 2000) I receive the error messaage, “Microsoft Visual Basic, Compile error in hidden module: AutoExec;” shown at exiting too.

My other concern whenever I enter Excel a message apppears, “Microsoft Visual Basic, Compile error in hidden module: AutoExecNew.” When I exit, “Microsoft Visual Basic, Compile error in hidden module: DistMon.”
