Error using mandatory profiles with NT 4

Part of my users get the following error when their screen saver kicks in using profiles
” Intialization of the dynamic link library C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\USER32.dll failed. The process is terminating abnormally.” This only happens on certain profiles.
