ethernet 10/100 trouble – win 98

Q:
I’m connected through a hub, everyone else, (6 of us), can download from my system fine. When I try to d/l something, it’s VERY slow; except for 1 system which I can d/l from fine. (weird)
We all have 10/100 cards, sturdy cabling, (I’m at about 75m), and no conflicts. Have tried different NICs – no good. Using TCP/IP. Any ideas??????
