Exchange Migration

I wanted to migrate ex5.5 sp3 from windowsnt4.0 server to windows 2000 exchange2k active directory and would like all the users to access the win2k/ex2k server rather old ex5.5 server?
How can i migrate ? is there any documnet available? I tried with Microsoft exchange deployment guide . doesn’t help much?
