EXCHANGE SERVER

I have COMPAQ proliant 800 MHZ Iuse it as exchnage server over windows NT as operating system nad Ihave also 150 user on this server . I notice later that the server is slow and 100% of its resource used by the exchnage server can you find any solution to this problem
