Exchange Server

We have Exchange Server 5.5. For some reason whenever anyone tries to download the offline global address book it stops at the M?s.

I went into Exchange Administrator and into Configuration, DS Site Configuration, then generated the offline address book, but still having the problem.

Any suggestions.
