I am facing a paculiar problem in two of my sites. The problem is with the exchange server. We have Internet mail connector installed in all our Exchange sites. The Internet mail Connector in two of our sites is not getting started. When I see the services on the server it shows the service is not started, when I try to start the service I get an error which says MAPI COULD NOT BE INITIALISED. AN INTERNAL WINDOWS NT ERROR OCCURED. I have tried all the solutions given in the TECHNET CD, but the problem is still persisting.
I have checked for the permission for the file MAPISVC.INF and the folder where it is available. Every thing is fine. When I see the Event viewer ,the event ID is 4018 and 4116.
Kindly help tosort out this problem.
