1. Is it easy to build an Exchange 2000 CRM/HRM – sollution for an IT consulting company with the following addtitional features :
– worked-hours-reporting
– matching between demand and available staff
– billing
– customer history of contracts, contacts, etc
– skills profile of professionals

And does any body have experience with this ?
