Extra string setting in modem.

I have a modem make conexent – MDP 3900 V -U 56 k modem.
When I connect to the internet, the connection speed is 43 kbps. Can somebody know the extra string setting in the advance configeration for this modem so that spped can be raised to 115 kbps?
