Fail-over solution needed

We are currently running a set of Novel 4.11 SFT3 mirrored servers, but are looking to replace those servers with new hardware and possibly new software. We need immediate fail-over, and are currently weighing Novell 4.2 with SFT3 against W2K clustering. I would appreciate any comments on either of these solutions or one we have’t thought of yet.
