Failure of Abit IT7 Moboard to power upp

I have recently purchased this motherboard and i can’t get it to power up i have checked and double checked all the power connectors and front panel switches they are all in their corect
orietations. When i return to my current motherboard it powers up okay. I can’t get any help from Abit it seems they do not reply to tech help emails.
