fatal exception errors

I get a lot of calls on fatal exception 0e errors. I don’t really know what to do. I try and look these errors up on the web to find an answer for the eu, but there are way too many of them. What is the best thing I can do to take care of these errors (format and recovery) or a (plain recovery)? I have been to plenty of websites that have answers to fatal exception errors, but I would like to know what to do for all fatal exception errors to quickly solve the problem
