Fatal Execption HELL!!

I’m a PC Tech and this is blowing my mind. I’m working on a system has been striped down rebuilt and reformated 6 times by myself and 2 others. We put all of the 98 updates put in it from microsofts web site, and still getting 9 errors in VXD of the Execptions. Is there a data base with all of the Execption errors in it with the cures?? Please tell me. Please Help!! Rodney….
