Fatal Exit Code 0x0200

I have a Win95 machine on our network (Law office, NT 4.0 SBS server, Win9x workstations), that had a hissy fit when the user tried to shut down today. It went black and started beeping. Just before I punched it off, it popped up with “Fatal Exit Code 0x0200”. Help?! There is another user here with a similar problem, but I’ve never seen the fatal exit code before.
