Fatal OE in VXD

I’ve just upgraded my processor from a Cyrix 6X66MX to a KDII-2 500Mhz and my memeory is p100 64Mb.My motherboard is pc100 pcchips and when after it boots i get the message Fatal OE @ 0028:Cooo5338 in VXD VMM (01)+ 00004338.if i put my old Cyrix chip back in it works no problem,I’m baffled.Thanks for any help.
