File>Print vs Print icon

In my networked 2000 printer, I was printing a Word document and I had it set up to print in LANDSCAPE position. When I printed from File>print it would print in PORTRAIT position, but when I pressed the icon in Word it would print in LANDSCAPE position. Can anyone explain this??? Both were set to print the same.
