I got a severe problem recently with my PC. My PC is windows-98 N I was trying to re-partition the Hard-Disk(My PC has 2 partitions-“C” and “D”) for creating Linux Swap on “D-Drive” using PQ Magic Software N It gave error saying FAT tables are not identical but it created the Linux Swap. After this error, I tried to delete that Linux Swap but I was unable to do that. Now I came back to windows environment N opened the Windows Explorer. Strange, the D-Drive doesn’t have any information which was there before. I guess, explorer is not able to display the contents of the D-Drive. I lost almost 4 GB content. I had all very very important info on D-Drive. Now I wanna get back that files which were there previously on D-Drive.Anybody, please tell me whether any Free S/w(Download) is there to recover those files which were lost by the damaged partition.
