Floppy Light? Real answer this time..

Floppy light remains on constantly.. Can someone give me some insight on how to fix it? Not just “punch the guy who installed it” and get someone else to fix it. I can fix it, the pc is open as I write this and am waiting patiently for an educated answer, LOL.. Thanks
