Forgot BIOS password of the laptop

Someone has gone into the BIOS setup page to set the BIOS admin password, so that I cannot alter the setting. I do not know the password. Is there any methods to disable the password?

Since it’s a notebook, I am not risking to disassemble all the parts, just like a desktop PC. Thanks.
