Forward e-mail from 1 account to another

I am a traveling laptop user and my organization does not have a VPN for me to access e-mail remotely. I am planning to set up an Outlook Express with MSN. How do I forward messages sent to my work-issued e-mail account (Outlook) to this remote Outlook Express account?
