Front Page

I have just started learning to use Front Page. I have used a template for my document. I want to be able to use this document as a newsletter and have it in the body of the e-mail when the user opens the mail. In plain English, how can I assure that this document will appear as it looks to me when I am making it. I have copied and pasted pictures from a website and used “insert hyperlinks” to place links below my text.
Will the pictures appear correctly or do I have to insert them a certain way?
Will the links work or do they have to be placed in a certain way as well?
