Frozen application

Lately, my pc suffered from an constantly frozen task called “ThorConnWinClass”. I do not know which application is related to that task. Norton Crashguard intercepted it most of the time, but I’d like to remove the related program or find a hot fix. I’ve post this question on MS News Group and got no answer. Please, can you help me out ? Thanks.
