Gate A20 error message

Have a Server with WINNT for an operating system. Customer reports getting a A20 error message. I know the problem can only be a motherboard or keyboard problem. Is there any other piece of troubleshooting I can do or could there be any other problem that would cause this. Customer reports this keyboard is connected thru a switch which services 5 servers and only one of them has this problem?
