Gateway wiring diagram needed – Help!

An exchange student was planning to take his Gateway back home with him…so disassembled it. His Mom said he had to leave it…so he quickly put it back together and left it for the other exchange students to use. But now it doesn’t power up. Powersupply to mother board connection looks OK. My guess is he got the wires switched going to the on-off-reset buttons. But I can’t find anyplace that tells me which wires go where. Also, I noticed although there is a big heat sink on the mother board,there isn’t any fan in the machine. I don’t know if this is normal or if he forgot to put it in. Any help/suggestions appreciated.
