getting a admin job

i have tryed everything from online companys like dice,and monster.com and recruters still no job,i am left with one choice internships.i only have 4 months exsperience in windows 2000 professional and server but i feel in those four months i am ready to become a system admin.if anyone is in the same shoes as me with 4 months of schooling and trying to find a job how did you find your first job.
