Got PC home and the unit fires up…

But no picture or sound. I don’t know if it jared something loose on the highway or what. I reseated all cards and memory as well as the CPU (P3-450). This is a Packard-Bell system that I was going to work on for a friend. It was a simple DSL problem, but now what a mess I have! Can someone give me some input?
