GPRS Roaming – anyone?

I have begun to use GPRS on my ipaq for the past 3 months and I find the experience very very personal and satisfying. In India, we do not have roaming GPRS. Are there any users/ countries where roaming access is available on GPRS.

I am also fascinated by the new Microsoft product which combines the cellphone and PDA. I learn that it is called t-mobile in the USA. How is the experience. I really wish to try it.
