graphics problem

I am running a PB iconnect running Win. Me.
A couple of weeks ago I had to do a restore and since then I have had problems with the graphics.
The machine uses a Intel 8210 graphics chipset despite downloading all available drivers some games still cannot detect 3d graphics drivers.
Any solutions appreciated.
Incidentally I have checked all my BIOS
settings.
