2.What do I dial to get a GSM Subscriber, do I ever need to dial a country’s International code before any call to a GSM subsciber?
3.How is billing done in the following scenarios?
a) Call to a GSMphone from another GSM phone while the called subscriber is in say the domicile country (i.e the country where the subsciber is registered as Home Subcriber)
b)Call to a GSM phone outside the country of domicile say the called subsriber is abroad.Do I pay international rate or the called subscriber pays the International part of the bill since the caller does not know whether the called subscriber is within the country or not.
c)If for example I take my GSM from say Nigeria to the UK and I call another GSM subscriber in the UK. Do I get charged International rate? What number do I dial?
d)Likewise if a GSM subsciber calls my GSM phone though registered in Nigeria but I am in the UK at that time, does he get charged International rate?What number does he dial?
e)If I call an ETACs phone in UK or a land line (PSTN)from my GSM phone registed in Nigeria for example while I am in the UK, what number do I dial and how will I be charged?
4.Lastly, how does a website owner make revenue from the Internet, is it in terms of ‘HITs’, if so I does he get settled say from my accessing a website from Nigeria and Internet is either free or chaged as a local call.In short, how is revenue settlement done in this case.
