Guide to android Ice Cream Tablet operating system

I have been given an Arnova 10dg Tablet as a gift but as there are no instructions with the tablet on how to use the system i am stuck !
I really need a simple guide on how to do things like import music and pictures , also how to get connected to Wi fi ?
Does anyone know of an online guide or a book on the subject
